StemShift Certification

StemShift’s proprietary Leadership Certification is ideal for STEM professionals looking to acquire Leadership skills and augment their resume in the process. The program takes learners through 8 core Leadership modules over a 4 month period:

  • Each participants works on a capstone project that addresses a Leadership challenge within their organization.

  • Learners progress through the course as a cohort, sharing insights and experiences

  • Progress is assessed and supported by personalized feedback from coaches
